Raising a child with big behaviors can feel isolating. This 8-week support and skills group helps parents understand what’s really going on under the surface, develop calm, confident responses, and connect with others who truly understand.

Support for teens navigating stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.
Teens face pressure from every direction—socially, academically, and internally. UNBREAKABLE is an 8-week therapy group that helps them build the confidence, coping skills, and connection they need to stay grounded in a chaotic world.
🧠 Teens will learn:

Tools for managing self-criticism and shutdowns

How to build emotional resilience

Real talk in a peer-supported, therapist-led space

Helping kids experiment with connection, communication, and confidence.
The Friendship Lab is a 6-week social skills group for kids who struggle with friendships, turn-taking, or reading social cues. Through play-based learning, kids build the foundations of healthy peer relationships—all while having fun!
🧠 Kids will practice:
